Helle is a wonderful agent! I immediately felt that she was interested in me as a person and wanted to find me exactly what I wanted in a home. Helle always returned my calls and messages in minutes. I am very impressed with her professionalism and her genuine care and understanding. I feel Helle is the epitome of a trustworthy and honest Realtor. From our very first meeting I was very impressed with her candor and felt totally comfortable with her. I was impressed with Helle's Real Estate knowledge and her knowledge of the communities. Helle always kept me informed of what was going on with the property I wanted to purchase. It was a foreclosure, owned by the bank and it was a Fannie Mae property, so it was a little more complicated. Helle was in contact with me daily keeping me updated every step of the way. I found the sales experience provided by Helle to be stress free! Helle has a positive aura surrounding her that always sets a nice atmosphere.

I have known Helle Hartley for several years. I know her work ethic, ability to manage multiple things at one time, her commitment to people - she was a "no-brainer" when it came to choosing our realtor. We would have not gone through anyone else. Helle Hartley did an absolutely phenomenal job selling our house. Our first buyers fell through and she was so positive and kept us focused and moving forward. She was always available by phone and followed through with all her commitments. She kept me calm and grounded throughout the entire process and made it as easy for us as possible. She is very professional and made sure everything was handled exceptionally well. She listened to my ideas and made some excellent decisions throughout the process. I think, most importantly, Helle genuinely wanted to help us. You could observe that in all of our interactions. She was absolutely looking out for our best interest! Everything went very well. Everything was awesome!! Helle Hartley is the consummate professional. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

We've worked with many realtors over the years, but we've never worked with one who worked as hard for us as Helle did. This house was a tough sell. It had suffered through many years of neglect. Helle helped us get it cleaned up before listing, gave us excellent advice and kept us completely informed throughout the process. She earned every penny of her commission - and then some. Your search for the best realtor in St Pete ends with Helle. She's the real deal.

I then contacted Century 21 by filling out a form online. Within 5 minutes Helle Hartley called me and was unbelievably helpful and profession. Our ability to find this house and close on it in only 24 days is a significant accomplishment. We could not have done it without Helle Hartley and her commitment and attention to every detail. I would recommend Helle to anyone I know. Helle's ethics, professionalism and commitment to quality and satisfaction should be used as a model for others to follow. I have purchased and sold 12 homes using many agent in the Eastern US and Helle Hartley is by far the BEST I have ever had the pleasure to work with.
