Ian Davidson, He always greets you with a warm smile and a friendly welcome. Ian first helped me sell my mobile home at Seven Hills, the second was a home for my grandson in Menifee, thirdly, my relocation back to Hemet at Four Season and fourth, and most recently, was the purchase of mobile for my step-daughter in Sierra Dawn. All four transactions flowed along nicely. I like that Ian stays current with local happenings & sales, he willingly shares his knowledge of the advantages and adversities of the properties he represents. He asks questions then listens to my wants & needs for my intended investment. He saves us both time by narrowing down the selection & culling out dead-end properties. When a tight time schedule was necessary he worked wonders to make it happen. He is always happy when he makes his clients happy!

Ian and his team were terrific! Great local knowledge and assistance with avoiding pitfalls and stepping through what could sometimes be a very complicated process.
