Ian Price did an excellent job representing us as sellers of our home. He was a dedicated professional that paid lots of attention to details. He is very honest and gave us valuable direction and advice that helped our home sell quickly. I would highly recommend Ian as an agent and would not hesitate to use him again for our buying and selling needs.

Ian was always extremely friendly and easy to talk to. He was always reachable through multiple forms of communication and responded timely. He usually contacted me first to give me any information I needed or to give me updates before I was even able to ask! He was especially friendly and respectful when meeting my family and that was a big plus. People always talk about how much of a nightmare it can be during your first home buying experience, but he made it truly painless. The whole process went as smooth as I could possibly ask. Ian Price is young and hungry to do great in his career and I can only imagine him doing better in the future. I will definitely be recommending him to anybody I know that is looking to buy a home!

Ian Price was a great communicator and was there for me through the whole process. We were a team during the process which made everything seem so much easier. He was always available for questions and took the time to explain everything to me.

We couldn't have done better than going Ian Price and Century 21. Who sells their house over asking price, with no inspection? And I dio not think our property was under priced. At first I was a bit anxious that we had not been aggressive enough in our listing, since we were eager to sell. But the home was priced perfectly. In two days we had two buyers negotiating for the property, and Ian worked out the best deal possible to our advantage. Ian was very aggressive in getting out the word about our property. I don't think Ian even had time to do any other advertising, because we sold the house within a week, above asking price and without an inspection! You have an ace in Ian. I was so very impressed with him as we met him and he laid the strategy for selling our house. His materials were well organized and attractive. It was obvious he had done his homework in preparing our prospectus, and was knowledge about pricing and neighborhood history. I felt very confident of his abilities even after the initial meeting. I had met Ian socially and knew him to be a very outgoing, personable individual. When his name was suggested by a relative, I did not hesitate to consider him as the agent for the selling of my mother's home.
