Buyer reviewMy experience with Isabel Chacon was very positive, Isabel was very concerned from the beginning to help me find the home that will suit my needs, although we looked at several home before I selected my home, she was patient and did not force me to just take any home, Isabel was concern about my interests and I liked that in an agent, no pushing, but let me lead in the decision, that way, Isabel knew that I will be satisfy with the purchase.

Buyer reviewWe were so pleased with Isabel's recommendation to purchase our home rather than rent! We started out looking for rental properties and she encouraged us to look at the option of buying because the financial benefit is so much better. Isabel walked us through every step as we looked for, chose and signed a contract on a home all from another state. She was great about getting us lots of pictures, inspecting the house and using Skype twice to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. We are so happy with our house and all that is in it (and NOT in it!). We love our neighborhood and the surrouding area! Never having been in El Paso, it was very important to me find the right area and a safe neighborhood. Isabel did a great job explaining each area of town and enabling us to make an informed decision on the right neighborhood for us. She also sent us pictures of the neighboring houses and the street were going to be living on. Can't say enough about what a great decision it was to take a step of faith and purchase instead of rent! Now our money is working for us, instead of paying someone else's mortgage.
