Seller reviewIsabel Ferreira was indispensable in helping me prepare the property for sale. Not only did she meet with me but she also met with my contractor and was very vigilant in ensuring that repairs were performed expeditiously and to a high standard. Once the house was listed she worked very hard to maximize the exposure of the property and brought in many prospects. Once the P&S was signed she again had to work with issues raised by the buyer. As an attorney I have worked with many realtors and I would give Isabel the highest rating for her level of professionalism and effectiveness.

Seller reviewI was interviewing realtors to list my house and Isabel was one of them. My contract with another agent had just expired and I told Isabel that my house had been in the market for 7 months with no activity. From the beginning of our conversation I could see that Isabel was knowledgeable, honest and experienced. I decided to list my house with her and within 3 days, she had it under contract and we closed in 30 days. We met regularly and Isabel kept me updated throughout the process, she made it easy and stress free. We are now looking to buy a home and I would not think of using anyone else but Isabel.
