Buyer reviewBeing a first time homebuyer was a big step for me. Just the way Iveta and Mike carry themselves, very helpful., genuine and over all good people. They walked me through the process and made sure to explain every detail I misunderstood. They made me feel like my best interest was at heart. Iveta, what an amazing person. One of the Most kindhearted, down-to earth, genuine people I've ever met. She takes her job very seriously and wants to make sure YOU as the home buyer are getting exactly what you're looking for. Never pressuring into making a decision you don't understand or isn't in your best interest. Her job knowledge is through the roof, very intelligent individual. At the end of the Day, buying a home isn't a walk in the park, nerve wrecking at times, and kind of intimidating, at least for me it was. Iveta made sure to make me feel comfortable answering any and EVERY question I had, always easy to get in touch with and very open. If it wasn't for her walking me through step by step i don't know if I could've made it through. Thanks for your patience and understanding. It was greatly appreciated.

Buyer reviewWe chose Iveta because of the way she treated us. We met at an open house and we explained that we were just looking and not sure if we would be buying anytime soon. She was very nice and took my email and started sending my options but was never pushy. We actually ended up not being able to buy at that time, so I figured that would be the last time I heard from her. But Iveta continued to try and work with us and gave us another option for financing that she had worked with. He was able to get us financing and she was so helpful through all of the process. I appreciated that she didn't just drop us when she thought she might not get paid immediately. She was never pushy and was very quick to respond. She is a member of the community and I appreciated her personal knowledge of the neighborhoods.

Buyer reviewWe could not have asked for a better agent. Iveta is extremely intuitive and personable, and she seemed to understand our needs immediately. We were new to the Fort Worth area and moving in from the Northeast, so we did understand the local market very well. Iveta could have a made a sale quickly with us and moved on to the next customer. However, she steered us clear of trouble and/or bad deals on multiple occasions, even though it meant spending significantly more time driving around and checking out new houses. Fortunately, Iveta seems to have boundless energy and was always happy to meet us and explore more neighborhoods. Her ethics regarding business and personal conduct are beyond reproach and she is a FANTASTIC negotiator for her clients. We recommend her without equivocation.
