I interviewed 3 other realtors but, intuitively knew they were not the right fit for us. I contacted an appraiser in grass valley and he recommended JD Miller. I knew within minutes, almost the moment I met him, that he was the right man for the job. My instincts were not wrong. JD was extremely knowledgeable and very considerate. He led us through the process effortlessly. Our sale was done remotely. JD took care of everything on site. He coordinated and over saw the work that needed to be done on the property. He paid for services out of his own pocket (we reimbursed him) to expedite work orders. His marketing flyer was beautiful!!! He had professional photographs taken of the house and property that were beautiful! And as a result of all of his hard work and preparation, he sold our house in 1 day! IN SMARTSVILLE, CA!! He did an AMAZING job. All of the paperwork was done remotely via email. My sister and I had to sell this, my mom's, house when she died. My sister is very sick with cancer. JD always asked about my sister and was always considerate as to not overwhelming her with paperwork. I LOVE LOVE LOVE JD. I know that God sent him to help us. No matter where I move next, in california or out of state, I will call JD first, hoping he could be my realtor. I just can't say enough good about him. Thanks Buddy!!!! Previously, when I said JD is a good good man and a great realtor. I want to change that to a great man and a great realtor. JD is clearly a man of good character, trustworthy, kind, honest. J.D Miller worked tirelessly to close the sale for us. There were obstacles along the way but J.D. resolved them all. We were out of the state much of the time and we had complete faith that J.D. would respond to any issue that came up about the property. We made the right choice to have J.D. Miller represent us.
