years in Fort Lauderdale, Florida as a Commercial Real
Estate Practitioner. Specializing in Hotels, Motels & Income
Properties. My Professional motto since day one has been

the summer of 2000, my focus has been on Residential

Buyer reviewMy wife and I had started our search for a condo on the internet, when we came across a listing with Jack Martin's ad on the page. I emailed Jack for more info on the unit and within an hour he was calling me on the phone, answering my questions and offering to send us more listings in the area of Cape Coral we were intrested in. Jack was extreamly helpful and patient, and we had our search narrowed down to about 24 units by the time I was able to fly to Florida. I had a very ambitious plan to find a condo and conclude the sale, in a very few days. Jack and his team spent the time with me, did all the nessesary background work, and I had keys in my pocket before I had to fly home. Jack was very easy to work with, and by the conclusion of the purchase I not only would recommend him, but consider him a friend.
