She helped us by contacting us and gave us several in our price range and helped us secure it! We had been living in Ecuador and decided to move to Florida,wanted to buy our home in the Port Charlotte area. Had previously flown into Florida and had worked with a team from Coldwell Banker,but they were not very motivated. One was retired and selling for something to do,the other was his trainey, they wouldn't show us houses on the week-ends! Patricia became our Realtor,because she helped us find a vacation home so we could have a place to stay while we found our forever home! Buyer reviewFrom day one of initial contact Jackie was engaged, attentive and proactive in dealing with us. Her strongest quality is her ethics. Her second is, that she listens to you, which you don't find very often in real-estate people. Jackie listened to what we wanted and didn't waste our time by sending us listings that would not meet our needs. She didn't limit the potential selection to listings her Broker's agency had either, which was something that we experienced with another Agent and brokerage. This was our first Fannie Mae home purchase. Dealing with governmental paperwork is a nightmare. Jackie guided us through mountains of paper and held all related parties accountable to benchmark dates. Jackie could have easily said "I can't" when we had only a few hours to respond to a "first look" expiration date on the home we eventually ended up buying. Instead, she dropped everything got our Offer done and filed with HUD after normal business hours on a Friday. When we buy that final "home" a few years from now we'll be calling Jackie and, we recommend Jackie to everyone we know who's looking to sell or buy.
