Personal Profile
Jackie Koontz relocated to Mississippi for her husband's career at Entergy in December of 2016. Jackie was born into a military family as her father served in the Air Force for 25 years and her family relocated all over, including in and out of the United States. Jackie understands the pressures, stress and worries that go along with the relocation process. Jackie has always had a desire to help others and enjoys seeing people realize their dreams. She's a people person who likes to laugh and have fun. Jackie has 20 years of educational and coaching experience, which has enabled her to become an excellent communicator and good listener. These skills enable Jackie to provide her clients with guidance, support and encouragement which help make their transition as smooth as possible. Through open and honest two way communication, Jackie is able to determine her client's needs and is dedicated and committed to doing whatever it takes to match their needs with the right property. When Jackie isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and friends, traveling, high school, college and pro football plus having a passion for basketball as she coached junior & senior high school varsity girl's basketball teams for 15 years. Jackie is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, Mississippi Association of Realtors and Central Mississippi REALTORS. She was right there to help provide guidance and excellent service, from locating the right home through many searches to final inspection aspects. This was particularly important to have "eyes on the ground in "MS" since we purchased the home while living in another state without ever seeing property details in person. She has been a trusted partner in this business transaction/relationship, and we always felt that she was fully engaged and concerned about our needs. Buyer reviewBroker was assigned by Quicken. I thought that I would give it a try. If 'the match' did not work out, I could request someone different. I think that Jackie Koontz and I worked well together. Jackie Koontz went above and beyond helping me with the purchase of the house in Mississippi. With the exception of the 2 days when we looked at houses, we handled everything by phone, text or email because I was in Vermont / New Hampshire working. Jackie was very helpful and knowledgeable during the entire process. I value her judgment and trusted that she had my best interests in mind during the selection of a home, negotiations, inspections, and ensuring that repairs were made and paid as agreed.
