The first time we worked with Jackie was when we had a holiday weekend to find a residence in a state we knew nothing about (moving from FL to OH). We told her what we wanted & she spent one-half day with us. We found what we needed & made an offer. This second time working together (for the sale of that property seven years later) was not so smooth. After we relocated back to FL, we had issues with radon, the HOA board, Management Company & leak. Jackie handled all of this - got estimates for mitigation units, spoke with experts, contacted the State of OH, went to an HOA meeting, communicated with the management & did so much more. Through what we all thought would be a two week process that became an eight month process, she stuck with us and kept an incredible, upbeat attitude. I wish Jackie was our friend & neighbor in FL.
