Seller reviewI first met Jackie in 2010 when we purchased our home. During that purchase I was so impressed with Jackie's knowledge of real estate and her ability to tackle and resolve ANY issue that came up that it was a easy decision when I decided to sell. There just wasn't anyone else I would have called. When you've had the best in the business why go anywhere else? We had so many obstacles during the sale, but each and every time I was comforted in knowing that Jackie was in control. She amazed me over and over again. When I thought things were bleek and hopeless Jackie kicked into action and resolved problem after problem and not once did she miss a step. If you are buying or selling Jackie Nickell is your realtor! She is simply THE VERY BEST.

Buyer reviewDuring the whole home buying process Jackie Nickell was extremely responsive, always there to answer questions whenever we needed answers. As a new home buyer, she always explained things clearly to me and made sure I understood. She was always candid, honest, and never pressured us into anything. She was a pleasure to work with, and made a stressful process, much less stressful. Anytime we wanted to look at a house she made it happen, even on short notice. We looked at several in this difficult market, and definitely appreciated her showing properties to us on the evenings and on weekends when necessary. This made all the difference for my husband and I since in a difficult market you have to act quickly. She was easy to talk to, not intimidating, and attentive to our needs. I would definitely recommend Jackie Nickell as a realtor. She is fabulous!
