My husband and I met Jacqueline at a "Homes and Hops" event at Four Day Ray. At that point in time we weren't ready to commit to finding a home, but we went and got everyone at the events information anyways. Several months later, we were ready to start the process, and an email from Jacqueline popped into our inbox. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions and Jacqueline was always available to explain. She told us exactly how the market was, and even used her connections to show us a house before it even went on the market. My husband and I have now been in are home for almost two weeks and would not be here without Jacqueline's dedication to us and the process. Jacqueline was amazing to work with. We relied on her previous experience to guide us thru the selling process and negotiation. She knows her stuff, is very responsive, and very professional. Having dealt with several other realtors and being disappointed with their lack of knowledge and dishonesty, we felt that Jacqueline was a breath of fresh air.

We retained Jacqueline as our realtor back in January of this year. She is our listing agent for the sale of our current home and she is also our agent who helped with the purchase and building of a brand new home with CalAtlantic. We closed on our existing home yesterday and today on the new home. As an executive assistant to the president of a personally-owned company, I often see the results that an employee's interaction with the client have on the company's reputation. With that said, I would like to share our experience with Jacqueline over the last seven months. During that time, she advised, guided, consoled, protected, defended, and watched out for our best interest. She was extremely detailed oriented, very thorough, she crossed her "t's and dotted her "i"s. She is extremely knowledgeable about the business and was always patient in explaining things over and over to us without ever getting frustrated. Whenever we ran into a bump in the building process (which we certainly had our share of), she had our backs! She was our biggest advocate, she is honest and is a woman of integrity whom we trusted completely. There was nothing that we needed in which she did not take control of in helping us take care of - if we needed moving boxes, she found us a client who had just moved and gave us ALL of their moving boxes including all the packing paper!!!!! When we needed a contractor to take care of repairs from the home inspection, she recommended a highly qualified person. The list of positive things she did goes on and on. I would be extremely remiss if I did not share that on more than one occasion when we were asked by contractors, sales reps, title workers, etc. who was our realtor, when we told them, they ALL said "Jacqueline Graham is wonderful". Yes she most certainly is! Jacqueline's work ethic is amazing. That woman works 24/7, will respond almost immediately to emails and text messages - morning, noon, and night. She has a calming and reassuring nature. She goes above and beyond and will fight on behalf of her clients until there is an amicable resolution. Her efforts are tireless. At the end of our closing on the new house today, as we were finishing up, she said to us "oh I'm not done yet, I want to make sure you get into your new house and everything is just the way you envisioned it". Too many agents out in the world today walk away without looking back as soon as the closing is over. I say, without hesitation, that Jacqueline represents Century 21 Scheetz with grace, professionalism, and class. Jacqueline Graham is the definition of professionalism.

Jacqueline made relocating with 3 small children a breeze. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area. She was always available day or night to answer any questions we had and worked tirelessly to ensure our needs were met. We can't recommend her enough.

We had never sold a house before and Jacqueline explained every step very well. She made this process very easy for us and sold our house very quickly! She was also very helpful in the process of us buying our next home as well. We will never use another realtor other than Jacqueline, and my family says the same. We truly believe this process would not have turned out the same if we used any other realtor. Selling your home is a complex transaction. From the listing price, preparing your home to maximize the sales price and marketability, negotiating the sales price with the buyers, working through the inspection process, and getting to the closing table--all with ultimate goal of maximizing your net proceeds (and keeping your sanity). Jacqueline was strategic, poised, and incredibly knowledgeable about all facets of the process. She was engaged--whether meeting with us, staying contact via phone, text, and email--her communication was superior. From a service perspective, she was awesome. In fact, Jaqueline arranged for her son and friends to help us with moving and de-cluttering. She provided a great network of contractors to help us make strategic improvements and then to respond to the inspection repairs. Jacqueline is the professional Realtor we wanted and needed. Our family is sincerely grateful for her as a professional and a person. We have purchased and sold 6 homes and this is the best experience to date.
