I began my Real Estate career in 1989 in Chicago, before moving back home to Phoenix in 1991. Shortly thereafter, I obtained my broker's license. Over my 30 year career, I have developed my expertise in many areas of Real Estate including, Residential, Luxury Homes, Equestrian Estates, Vacant Land, Income producing properties, as well as light Commercial.
Whether buying or selling, I understand the process can sometimes be challenging and complicated. My goal is to take the pressure off so that the client can make clear and concise decisions throughout the process. Ultimately, a successful sale is the main goal and I utilize my 30 years of experience to make that happen. I make sure my clients receive the utmost care, due diligence and accurate knowledge that goes above and beyond.
I also specialize in Military relocations. My family has a long list of those who have served, including my father who served active in Korea, a sister who was a helicopter repair woman, as well as a cousin who made the ultimate sacrifice defending a fellow solider. I have a deep rooted passion for Real Estate and a passion for serving those who serve and have served our great country! My goal is truly to deliver extraordinary results and when I say exceptional service on my part is the norm, I mean it. Thank you!

Buyer reviewI have known and worked with Jacqueline for the last 10 years buying and selling properties. I have recently bought a new home for myself and as usual Im amazed at how Jacqueline was able to negotiate my deal. Jacqueline is very hard working and looks out for her clients best interest. A small problem with the roof was found with my inspection, due to Jacquelines knowledge and recommendation we looked into it further. I'm so glad we did, a very pricy problem was found which resulted in Jackie negotiating a better deal for me. I couldn't be happier with my deal.

There was many moving parts to putting together the sale, one being the husband and wife who bought my house live in different countries due to the military. As I'm sure any first home buyer will tell you it's stressful to know if you're making the right decision or not, but after meeting up with Jacquie she was able to walk me through the process each step of the way and gave me the confidence to know I was making the right decision for myself. Her experience also showed when my home had multiple interested parties and competing bids. Jacquie was able to build a relationship with the sellers agent to find out exactly what was important to the seller, and ultimately made the difference in me being able to submit the winning offer and purchase my home. Through the whole process Jacquie earned my trust, and I plan to use Jacquie for any future real estate purchases as well as recommending her as an agent to anyone asking.

Seller reviewI've worked with Jacquie and Ruby for at least 15 years and they know the market I invest in. I continue to work with them because they know how to position and prep the property for maximum return. Jacquie always holds the other agents accountable which I appreciate. She also realizes I'm willing to walk away from most deals and am usually not in a hurry to sell a property unless I get the price I want. She works with me on maximizing my return and doesn't recommend needless improvements and renovations unless it is going to have a tangible impact on the sales price.
