A lifelong resident of Southwest Louisiana and a mother of two grown children and a son-in-law I have been licensed to conduct real estate since 2005. I love what I do and my strengths lie in my ability to manage, multi-task, pick up on details, and be accessible to my customers and clients. As a sellers agent I am particularly skilled at pricing and have a knack for design and staging. As a buyers agent my strengths are in being quick to locate properties before we miss them and negotiate well so purchases are not compromised or jeopardized. She was ALWAYS there for us with useful information and guidance. Always addressing any questions we had in a timely manner. We couldn't have asked for better service. Everyone we spoke with was always very professional and nice. The entire process was so easy for us. Jade was so organized and helpful and made this such an enjoyable process.

Seller reviewJade is 100% professional and class. Could not imagine a better agent . From day one I knew this was my agent. Knowledgeable, courteous, energetic, positive, friendly, etc., etc., etc. The list goes on and on. I guess the defining factor was in the first meeting. I told her to let me think about it and that I had a few other agents to talk to before I could commit to anything. She said she understood, smiled, shook my hand and told me to just let her know if there was anything she could do for me to help me sell my home. Well that evening, it hit me as a thought about our visit. "I trust her"!!! It's just that simple. I never checked another agent after that, called her the next day, and as the saying goes, "The rest is history". Had a buyer lined up in about two weeks. I don't believe that I could have had a better experience!!!!
