James came to the initial meeting prepared with information about the property, comparative sales and the Brighton market. James did a wonderful job coordinating the sale, responding to my questions sand concerns and making the process so much easier and worry free for me. I would highly recommend them. Wonderful experience. James' assistance made this a seem less process and he was always available for questions and concerns. James was very helpful in negotiating the sale, handling all the inspections and overseeing the entire process.
