Jim provided patient, persistent, and professional expertise as he interfaced with the seller and the seller's agent, helping us every step of the way through an atypical and difficult real estate transaction. I am not sure if any other real estate agent could have gotten us our house! Jim was especially helpful with contracts and amendments, looking out for our best interest and making sure that we were not taken advantage by the seller or the seller's agent. He guided us every step of the way, and made sure that we did not agree to any unfair contractual commitments. We highly recommend Jim and his expertise. We will pass his name along to anyone that we run across looking to buy or sell a house. Jim is the man! And for the 8 and 1/2 months it took for us to close on our house, he became a trusted friend.
