I have been in the real estate business for the last 10 years. It became a passion after starting an investment business with my brother in the Dallas area. After flipping our first few houses I decided to get my real estate license to grow the business and to buy and sell for others in addition to our Investment company.
In 2015 I moved back to the East Texas area and joined with Century 21 Action Team. My husband and I have 3 wonderful kids who keep me on my toes and busy with lots of sports and activities around the Jacksonville area.
I work with buyers, sellers, and investors and my goal is to make your real estate transaction as smooth and easy as possible. I pride myself on being honest, trust worthy and hard working. I would love to help you with any of your real estate needs.

Seller reviewI had a broker for nearly a year. He was uncommunicative and did little after the initial listing. I finally fired him. By chance i saw a commercial on TV for Homelight.com, a free realtor referral service and decided to give them a try. They recommended Century 21 in Jacksonville so I called. The receptionist put me in contact with Jami. It was my good fortune. She was exactly what I needed. She was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and communicative, and she worked very hard for me, going above and beyond for a property that was in poor shape and needed a lot of work. I will always be grateful to her.

She also contacted the realtor for the home we were selling to ensure all went well on that end as well. We could not have asked for a better agent. Jami went above and beyond in every way to help the home buying process and even with advice on selling our other home-to the point of working with our other realtor to coordinate closing there and in Jacksonville on the same day. I would highly recommend Jami to anyone who is looking for assistance in selling or buying a home.
