Seller reviewWe have purchased and sold 32 individual properties. Jamie is the best Realtor I have ever had. She is always positive, responsive to our requests, knows the market and psychology of Buyers and Sellers. She never appears agitated even when we were somewhat unreasonable. I couldn't ask for more in a Realtor and plan to list a rental we are currently occupying as soon as possible. Jamie doesn't let moss grow. We had contacted a Realtor for the Kyle rental who, knowing a month in advance we might list with her, didn't even know which property it was. Within 15 minutes Jamie knew everything about the property. Guess who gets the listing? House had contract first day with multiple potentail buyers. Jamie suggested highest and best offers be submitted 5 days later, all at one time. The Best!
