I have dealt with Jamie Dusthimer a number of times and each time I have found her advice to be "spot on." She is knowledgeable about the market and understands my specific goals and needs. She responses quickly to my concerns and is pro-active in helping me make timely decisions. She is a "high-energy" sort of person - a quality which was an asset in closing this deal It is clear that she has an excellent grasp of the local market since the property sold at its listed price in one day. I should also note, that there was a question that arose on the day of the closing that threatened to impact the sale. Jamie "jumped on it" and was able to resolve the situation to everyone's satisfaction and the closing proceeded with no further "glitches."

Was open and honest. Helped thru the purchasing process Jamie goes overboard to satisfy customers. Answers the phone always Finds the answer if unknown in a timely manner. Reassures people thru the process. Helps any way she can , even getting dirty! Found needed professionals that were outstanding, like lawyer, finance person.

The best form of advertisement for a product or person is word of mouth as the individual making the recommendation puts their reputation on the line. I would recommend Jamie, and have done so already to another party. Additionally I would utilize her services myself in the future.
