Superior knowledge of properties shown. Friendly and great personality in Jamie Russell. Jamie handled negotiations with seller through broker and/or listing agent or directly with seller, with broker's/listing agent's ok, professionally and swiftly. Professionalism and timely/clear communication were far and above excellent. Jamie Russell made the difference for the walk-through and closing that turned out better that expected.

He even went in to local insurance offices to check for me, which was totally above and beyond. I also loved that he communicated with us by text and we didn't have to call every time, we aren't always available for a phone call due to work.
