Seller reviewSold with multiple offers in 24 hours. Jamie kept in touch with us constantly, so we were always aware of what was going on. Jamie's suggestion of a pre-sale inspection was a great idea, as it made us aware of the few minor things we need to do so there was no surprises & made the buyers so happy that they decided not to do an additional inspection of their own. Everything went just perfectly & I couldn't have asked for a better realtor!!! Thanks again Jamie- you were wonderful!!

Seller reviewWe loved Jamie, she went far beyond just selling our home she helped us find reliable repairmen and service techs. She helped us in purchasing our new place and contacting the seller to help us move our stuff into a storage area earlier for closing on the new place. It made it so much easier since my husband had injured his back. Couldn't say enough to how helpful she was even after the sale! EXCELLENT! Extremely satisfied and highly recommend Jamie and Joe to anyone wishing to get results in selling their property We needed a broker that was familiar with area and could appreciate the details of the house we were trying to sell.
