I have been a Real Estate Broker in Tennessee since 1995. I moved to our beautiful East Tennessee in 1980 and have loved it here ever since. I owned my own successful CENTURY 21 company for 20 years and then merged with CENTURY 21 Legacy in 2018. Century 21 was the name given from our realtor in Kansas. We were lucky enough to have gotten Jan Maness !! She has been absolutely wonderful. So helpful and kind, knowing we're trying to sell this property from father in laws estate when we're out of state. She went out of her way on many occasions to help us get property ready to sell and then sell. Jan has felt like a good friend since we first met via email/phone!!. We never got to meet her, but felt we knew her
