She has lived in Cape Coral for many years and has great information about the area, shopping, beaches, restaurants and local things to see like Matlacha and Sanibel. She is extremely professional in how she deals with her client. She always took her time going over the contract and answered any questions we had. She was able to get our asking price and the sales closed quickly. I would highly recommend Jan to anyone. She is a pleasure to deal with professionally along with being a trustworthy lifetime friend.
