We had made prior considerations with other brokers and agents but knew the moment we met Jana Grieve that we were in good hands. I could write a decent size article about the great qualities your agent has who puts into practice each day for everyone involved. She found a home for us very quickly because she is kind, caring, smart and hardworking. The best part of it all was how we were treated. I felt respected and cared about that our business was important but more so that we were important. We are so grateful to know her and had the pleasure of having her for our realtor. Buyer reviewI called about the availability of a home I liked listed on HAR, and Jana was the agent for the home. The home was already sold, but she was eager to help my husband and I find a home that fit our needs. My husband and I were moving from an area south of the Houston area, so we had quite a drive to view houses in the Bryan/College Station area. Jana Grieve was very warm, friendly, and professional from the very beginning. She made our home buying process very painless by lining up houses for us to see which fit our needs, so that we could view them all and get back home the same day. I don't think it could've been any easier, as we always knew what the plans were by phone or text. She was very accommodating to our schedule. Jana Grieve was very knowledgeable about the homes in the area, and was very active in letting us know about homes that would fit our description of what we were looking for. She made the home buying process as easy as possible, so even though things have changed in the last 15 years since we bought our last home, we were able to get through the process without a problem. Jana Grieve made our home buying experience better than expected. She was very easy to work with, and listened to all of our wants and needs to find a home we loved. We would recommend her to anyone wanting to purchase a new home.

She is always on top of things, honest, open, and always available. Jana not only treated me with the upmost respect and professionalism, but also like an old friend or family member and genuinely cared about doing things right and getting me the best deal. Jana is very knowledgeable and quickly found the answers to any questions that she could not answer. She came to both of the inspections for my new home and scrutinized it as if she were buying it and caught many things that I did not see or even think about.

Seller reviewWhen I first spoke with Jana I felt immediately comfortable and confident that she would make this a pleasant experience. Jana communicates clearly and at just the right times. I always felt "in the loop." Jana was so responsive at all times. I could send an email or text and would hear from her soon no matter the day or time. Jana went above and beyond in every way. She was down on her hands and knees cleaning my baseboards. She arranged for her husband to do repairs and pressure clean my porch and driveway. She found people to help get everything taken care of with little attention from me and much attention from her. She advocated for me so strongly to the sellers that I feel I would have had no chance to purchase this beautiful home without her commitment and determination.
