She was patient, knowledgeable and persistent in our efforts to find the right home at the right price. Our family had very specific needs and Jane was very patient throughout the process and non-obtrusive when making suggestions. She never tried to push us over our budget, which was important to us. I could really appreciate the size and beauty of the space from the photos, it was really impressive. Jane had my property listed online within the first day. Jane was very knowledgeable about the comps in the area and listed my property at the right price. We received several offers within the first 2 days and one was FULL ASKING PRICE! Jane made the whole selling process easy on me by keeping incontact with my attorney and the other brokers the whole time. She kept me in the loop at all times! Jane also helped me and my attorney coordinate two closings in the same day, which turned out to be very successful! Jane went above and beyond for me and I am super grateful for all her help!!
