Buyer reviewI noticed a Century 21 sign on a property I was interested in. My first call I left a message and Jane quickly contacted me and two days later we met at the property for a walk through. Her knowledge of home structure and maintenance, the local area and the market was most helpful and comforting to me as a buyer. I made an offer for the property and within hours it was accepted. Jane then diligently guided me throught the process and when asked offered quality proven lists for inspectors, finance, appraisers and title search. Having to vacate one property and close on another was a stressful time due to personal time constraints but Jane communicated progress regularly and kept me updated on each step. Finance estimated a close on September 1st to 3rd. We closed on August 31st ! No doubt due to Century 21 and Super Star Agent Jane Wachter.
