Ms. Ching-Shian Yao is a very professional and friendly agent, who helped make the complicated purchasing process painless. She knows Mira Mesa and Poway areas very well, and always notifies me about the available resources in a timely manner. During house showing, she can provide objective inputs on Pros and Cons, and never pushed me to make any decision before I feel comfortable. As a buyer's agent, Ms. Yao is also good at communicating with seller side, in information exchange and price negotiation etc. There were crazily lots of stuff that I didn't know beforehand (e.g., piles of documents to read, loaning application, inspection, all sorts of paper-works); Jane was kindly following up on every little detail with great patience, and thanks to her, the whole process was neat and smooth. After all, I enjoyed our cooperation very much; I would definitely recommend Jane to friends!
