Seller reviewI would recommend Janeen Reigle to anyone interested in listing their property! Due to Janeen's pre-listing suggestions, we were able to prioritize those items that were necessary to have the house in saleable condition. Our return on those preparations was well worth the outlay. Once listed, Janeen was very strategic in her approach to obtaining interested and qualified buyers. We had an agreed upon offer within 2 weeks of listing. During the period between agreeing on an offer and closing, Janeen was proactive in communicating the progress of the transaction. I could not have asked for anyone to keep me apprised of the status of this sale better than she did. Janeen Reigle has been the consummate professional throughout our transaction.

Seller reviewWe were out of state during the sale and had just fired out previous agent who only charged a 3% commission but didn't communicate and appeared to only work through Zillow for advertising. We were very nervous. Janeen was great. She used Facebook, multiple other social sites, flyers around neighborhoods. She regularly checked on the house. Recommended repairs or touch-ups and sent us pictures. She also let us know if the completed work was satisfactory or not. She even went so far as setting out some flowers and a wreath over the door to make it more homey. Highly reccomend Janeen.
