Seller reviewJanelle LeBreton helped us sell our summer home this spring. What a trooper we had issues one after another with the State just being unreasonable on legal docs. She worked out every issue as it came along and knocked them down like bowling pins, and we had a lot. I was at the point of just keeping the house simply because I was done dealing with the Buyer and the problems. We had a Realtor from another agency locally that had our house so overpriced no one looked at it more money in her pocket but it wasn't in our interest. Janelle came in and said hey it's a camp not the Hilton and gave us a real number that we were happy with and reasonable. She made great suggestions and saved the sale right up to the last minutes. It's a good thing she was at the closing and not me because she saved it I was done with the games but she kept a professional cool head and closed the sale. Trust me I'm glad I wasn't there and she was. No need to search for a Realtor they don't come any better she's the real deal you found what you've been looking for in her.
