I have worked with Janet McLennan on the selling and buying of numerous houses over the past twenty years. She has always been very professional and has guided me throughout the entire process.

Sam McLennan understood what I was looking for. And he never rushed me in anything. He is a fighter and he fought for me through a very difficult journey as a first time home buyer with an equally frustrating lender. He held my hand and was always available and prompt in answering all my questions. Never once did he show me frustration, he always had a smile and a positive, patient attitude regardless of the many times I wanted to just quit due to dealing with a difficult lender. Sam McLennan helped and guided me to stay away from areas I would have probably regretted buying into during my search. That was very important to me, he was not just looking for a quick commission. Sam McLennan did an excellent job for me, he put in a LOT of work to ensure I got a good deal, and I got my first home which I totally love; I highly recommend him.

We worked with Sam McLennan at the referral of my mother, who had been working with Sam for several months before we began working with him. Prior to meeting Sam we were using a different realtor who was not understanding of our needs and schedule, and was not willing to look at many places with us. Sam's interest was a huge reason we ended up going with him, as he understood what we were interested in as well as what we could afford. I would send him places slightly out of our price range but he would let us tour them regardless, so we had a feeling of what we really wanted in our future home. Then when we finally found the one, he stuck with us through the whole process, even with the crazy bumps in the road we hit when trying to close. Sam is super personable and friendly - as I mentioned before, we met because he was my mother's realtor first. Just based off the first interaction, before we had even considered using him as a realtor for us, I could tell he was so genuine and caring. He's hilarious and helped keep me calm when I was getting stressed about our closing being pushed back continuously. Sam is honestly so amazing and I am a little sad that we have closed on our home finally, because I loved being able to tour houses with him and get to know him. I would say that he is more than a realtor at this point and consider him a friend.

It was awesome having Century 21 has my real estate agency! It made the whole process worth it and I love my new house!
