Janet came highly recommended by two different colleagues, both of whom had purchased a home within the previous year. As a first-time home buyer, I did not know what to expect, but Janet was easy to communicate with, very responsive, and patient. We were on a tight timeline (in town for only two days to look at homes) and were able to see all the houses we were interested in, and by the end of Day #2 had submitted an offer. Overall, we are very happy with our experience with Janet.

There were a few problems with negotiating the price, inspections, etc. Janet Moran was very professional and did an excellent job solving each problem. She was very patient, even in a few challenging situations. We could not have completed the purchase and closing process without her. I have used real estate agents to purchase 5 houses and sell 6. Janet is not only the best of the other 10 agents I have used, she is head and shoulders above them. We could not recommend anyone higher than Janet Moran to serve your relocation needs.

We cannot say enough great things about Janet Moran. She was on time, knew her "stuff," very professional with an excellent sense of humor and open-minded. If there were terms or information we did not understand, Janet was able to break it down for us so that we understood what we were looking for or signing. Janet was instrumental in pointing out things in the houses we visited - all 18 of them - that we would have otherwise missed or not looked out for. She was also flexible, and dedicated three days to our search. In the end, we were torn between two houses that we visited, and Janet suggested we revisit them, and was able to set up two viewings on the same day we were there, so we visited them back to back and it really helped to make our final decision.
