Buyer reviewJanet Roan is a go getter! After showing us several condos and seeing our likes and dislikes, she said she knew the perfect condo I would love. The condo wasn't even where we had been looking! I walked in the door and knew instantly that was the condo I wanted to buy! She helped us close the deal in less than a month! (Actually I think it was two weeks) I would use her again and I will recommend her to anyone seriously interested in buying at PCB!

This was our daughters First home to buy, Janet walked her through the entire process, she took her under her wing,we had a few small problems with the property, Janet took the time to help our daughter navigate through this problem. We live in Texas and we're not able to be there the entire time.Janet kept us in the loop through those trying times. Between the two of them, she is the proud owner of her home. Janet was the driving force to make it happen. She is straight forward,no nonsense,honest and goes by the rules. She always made you feel as thou you were the most important client at all times.
