Janet was knowledgeable, helpful and did several open house during the holiday season. She worked with buyers and followed up on every perspective buyer. Janet is kind and dedicated to her clients.I went through 2 surgeries and she had my back and always took care of details when I was not physically able. Her work ethic is top notch. I am her biggest cheerleader. If the opportunity presents its self, I would use her serves again and again and recommend her to friends and coworkers. Excellent agent! There is no real estate agent in Horry county who cares about her job like Janet. We both learned a lot from each other.
