Buyer reviewJanette Olson helped me find a rental house after I retired from military service. At that time she treated me just as if I was buying a house from her. From that time on we have been watching the market. I decided I was ready to go ahead and purchase and she found the perfect house for me and my family. She has never pressured me, and has always give me the straight facts good and bad. I appreciate her honesty, even if it is not good for her business. She will look out for your best interest as a buyer. What more could you want. Janette Olson is exceptional!

She puts our comfort and happiness at the forefront of her work and committed herself to helping us secure a home that met our needs and provided us growth opportunities! We know Janette had to do a lot of leg work to get this settled! Her persistence and follow through is what made this possible! I don't know if people often have an agent they feel is an actual friend, but Janette has become part of our circle!! She's a person we'll have in our lives forever!

Seller reviewSince I had left the state before the house went on the market, Janette Olson had to be available for anything that came up--inspections, getting estimates for potential repairs, contacting individuals to perform work, etc. She kept in close touch with me, regarding all offers, and didn't attempt to push me in any direction--when I asked her opinion, she gave it and gave the reasons for it. She was easy to work with, extremely easy, considering that all our interactions took place over the phone or email. Karen Crosby was also extremely helpful. Because I was not in area, it was important that I be able to contact someone with questions. Either Janette or Karen was always available..

Her understanding and prompt responses helped enormously. Much of my interaction was online and I appreciated Janette Olsen's timely responses. She made sure that the title company had all the required information. Janette seemed very aware of the present Sun City West market. All the local contractors she recommended were understanding and efficient. Janette was always available when needed
