We will be retiring in TX from MD and Janice was referred to us by another Century 21 agent in TX. We provided Janice with our wish list and I flew down for 10 days to look and hopefully find our next home. After spending 2 days exhausting the lists we narrowed it down to 2 homes and my husband flew in for the weekend. He wasn't on board with either house and Jan sensed it. Her only goal was to sell us a home we were both 100% on board in love with. Jan found us that home in the 11th hour! She made it happen in a matter of a few hours. We spent one more night in Palestine and finalized the paperwork the following day. There were many loose ends to complete this sale, but over the next 2 months it all fell into place and we settled on the home of our dreams, 1200 miles away without a hitch!
