Janice Hergert was the first agent that was truly responsive and willing to help. She was flexible with her time as I was traveling which was extremely important. Janice was extremely helpful and on top of all of my needs. This was my first home purchase and Janice's knowledge, expertises and follow up was amazing and very much appreciated. Janice is AMAZING! Would recommend her to anyone buying a home. Can not say enough how wonderful Janice was through the entire process!

Once I met Janice and Found out she lived about 5 streets away from me I felt very comfortable about the whole process. I knew she knew the area and all the other houses for sale. She came to me with a business plan on our first meeting and she was all business from the start !! Amazing woman !! Nothing short of incredible. Emails and texts after 8pm. Facilitating tons of email traffic with the lawyer and filtering out what's important. Reminding me of email items that need my attention over others. Also she helped me deal with the stress that came with some small minor drama from the buyers end. End to end complete satisfaction from the first time i met her to the when the check was cut for me. She made the entire process as painless as possible and went out of her way to help me with portions of the sale that she wasn't responsible for. It was incredible working with Janice !!
