Buyer reviewI met Jan through a family friend on two occasions. When considering selling/purchasing a new home, I contacted Jan... Her warmth and sincerity were recognizable from the first time I met her. Everything from start to finish was handled with great care. Jan did not miss a beat!!! Jan made me feel like I was her only client .... always available. Most of the time before I could even communicate a question, she answered it ! Jan is "stellar"! I would recommend her to anyone who wants to deal with a most kind and sincere agent! Puts her clients first !

Seller reviewI truly don't what more I can say. Jan and Roger are two exceptional People that care for their clients....not the amount of money to be made from the sale! I have dealt with quite a few sales reps in my life. Not one of them can compare to Jan Our home sold in two days As in previous dealings with Jan, she did it ALL and did everything right In my eyes Jan (and Roger) were Century 21. Century 21 couldn't have any better representation! They are extremely fortunate to have two Such loyal, capable, and competent employees I know all sellers experience stress to some degree, but mine was "off the charts". I, along with my husband, had dealt with parental death, critical illness and many difficult business decisions all within the 12 months prior to our moving. Jan and Roger helped us keep it all together and heading in the right direction despite our "delicate nerves and emotions". We are both extremely grateful for them and their professionalism And genuine compassion.

Their professionalism was only exceeded by their knowledge, thoughtfulness and compassion for us and the stressful situation necessitating our need to relocate. They listened to us & worked diligently to find us our perfect "forever home" This was a difficult task for them as our needs were very unusual and demanding. We will certainly recommend Jan & Roger to everyone we know who is in need of a realtor. They are exceptional people and definitely are a HUGE asset to your company!

Seller reviewFirst, I must note that we were extremely nervous prior to listing our house. But, with the help of Jan- our house had 12 showings and an offer within three days of listing. She again, has surpassed our expectations for selling our home (She also found us our forever home:)). Jan embodies these characteristics (polite,understanding,friendly, patient, knowledgeable, helpful,trustworthy, timely and clear communications,accessible,respectful,approachable) effortlessly and to a standard that exceeds excellence. I do not think words can express our gratitude for this remarkable woman. From start to finish- she has gone beyond measures to ensure this process went as smoothly as possible for family. There is something to be said when people along your journey communicate their appreciation of your Agent. From other Agents at showings, to Inspectors, to the Buyer's Agent whom approached us after closing and expressed his gratitude and praise for.
