She knew the neighborhoods well, and she was always very honest. She helped me with the inspection process, she always told me what to expect, and she was always a great listening ear. I would highly recommend her if anyone was looking to buy a house!

She explained and showed me how she came up with a great selling price and a strategy of what to do if there was no interest in the 1st week. Everything went smoothly. From the 1st appointment to meet and discuss the property to the professional photographer (who did a phenomenal job) YouTube Video and the enticing listing. 1 showing in 2 days and there was an offer on the house! SOLD! Janie was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was always immediately available for all of my questions and provided all the information I needed to make my decisions regarding the sale of my home. Janie was a God send !! I needed a miracle and she made it happen! Things could not have worked out more perfectly if I had tried to plan it myself. Janie will always be my one and only choice and recommendation to others!

Buyer reviewThe entire experience of buying a house can at times be overwhelming and confusing. Janie Bavido was there any and every time I had a question or concern. Any contracts or paperwork I needed to go over or sign was usually done same day. Janie would even rearrange her schedule to fit me in when I had numerous homes I wanted to view. I am a very impatient person and Janie was amazing in the way she dealt with me and had patience. She is the ONLY agent I would recommend to anyone looking for a home. She not only made it easy but made it a fun and memorable experience.
