We could not have sold the house so quickly and for a great price without Jaskaran Singh's help and hard work. We have worked with a few Realtors before and this experience was far beyond anything we expected. Jaskaran provided excellent service and he was always accessible for concerns or questions. He treated the sale of our house like he was selling his own house. He helped us decide on materials to pick for our renovations that buyers would most like and he was very patient with all our questions. We met Jay really before we even knew who he worked for. I don't think at that point it would have mattered the company he worked for, as we got excited for who he was as a person and as a realtor. We were first impressed by Jay at one of his open houses. We had just begun the process of looking at properties and decided to hit some open houses one weekend. We had received a couple references from friends for realtors, but after that day, he just really stuck in our mind and we knew he was who we wanted to go back to. He was very responsive in the beginning, and throughout the experience, and complied a great viewing tour for us. Jay really took the time to make us feel comfortable with the home buying process and really had our best interests in mind the entire time. He took an extensive amount of time on the day we went out to make sure we saw everything we wanted to and stayed with us for almost 9 hours! He was consistently professional, and frankly enjoyable to be around. We felt as though we were looking for a house with friend who happened to have a ton of realty experience! Jay went above and beyond the duties of a realtor. We now feel like we have a connection for whatever projects or issues arise with our home. We couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable and informative realtor. A++ As first time home buyers, we couldn't have asked for a smoother and seamless experience! And we owe that greatly to Jay!
