When I decided to sell, he responded immediately and recommended a plan of action which I totally agreed with. When he put the plan in action the house sold so fast. I will use him again!! Seller reviewWe called Jason after receiving flier listing houses sold in Our community and the price they sold for. He made an appt for next day. Jason Was enthusiastic and personable. He walked us through what needed to be done to meet the sale price he suggested. We called him upon completion. He did a walk through the next day. Suggested a higher price than quoted originally. Arranged for pictures to be taken, sign put up, listed it on line and multiple showings began the next day. It sold for price he stated in 9 days. Communicated with us on a regular basis. Was always available to answer our questions. Walked us through the whole process right up until closing. We would highly recommend Jason Brown for his work ethic, his knowledge of the realtor business and his enthusiastic personality. He did a great job for us.
