I am a highly-driven sales professional in the real estate industry serving Dane County and the surrounding area. I am passionate about representing my clients and establishing long-term relationships assisting them with their real estate needs. For many people, buying and selling their home is the largest financial investment they will make and I strive to make it the most efficient and pleasant experience possible. I started in real estate by chance. A good friend of mine encouraged me to apply for the Director of First Impressions, and Marketing Director position at CENTURY 21 Affiliated. Shortly after starting I obtained my real estate sales license. From there I became an assistant to one of the top foreclosure agents in the area. She taught me how to be compassionate to clients that are going through a tough housing transition. This inspired me to help clients before they lose their home and assist them with short-sale scenarios. When I purchased my first home, I was single, and living from paycheck to paycheck. I thought, "how can I purchase a home?" I ended up purchasing a two-unit, this allowed me to have someone pay more than half of my mortgage, all while not having any roommates. Since then I've helped others realize the value in purchasing investment properties and can help you do the same. Don't think you want to be a landlord because of the "hassle?" Jason helped us navigate the intricate and complicated nuances of purchasing a home easily. He was also very helpful in setting up showings based on our specifications and shepherding us along the process, pointing out things we'd want to watch for and keep in mind in each home. He was also very helpful in helping us interface with the seller after the accepted offer. Jason was extremely attentive and helpful in all aspects of the home search and purchase. After the accepted offer he helped us navigate several maintenance issues, both in terms of interfacing with the seller and setting up appointments for on-site inspections and quotes. Jason was also a much-needed advocate for us in a difficult closing process, helping us navigate some issues with the bank to help get us over the finish line. I can't imagine going through this process with anyone else.
