I am a native East Texan, born and raised in Cass County. I have 20+ years experience working in the logging industry. I also have extensive experience in dozer dirt work and the cattle industry. My wife and I have 6 children and 2 grandchildren. I believe it is important to maintain an active role in my local community and currently serve as a member of the Linden-Kildare FFA Booster club. I have also served as a member of the Linden-Kildare school board. My goal as your Realtor is to assist you in any way possible. I enjoy meeting new people and would love to help you buy or sell your home, land, or investment property.

Buyer reviewJason put me at ease the first time that I met him with his slow smile and dry sense of humor. He was able to figure out my personality quickly and adjust his to meet my own. Jason has a lovely wife whom I hit it off with immediately and enjoyed her company immensely. Jason did not fill you with a line of bull and seem to speak honestly about all the property's. I like that. And no pressure. We drove round one weekend looking at many houses and Jason and I started bantering back and fourth like brother and sister. He made my husband and both feel very secure in making the right decision. I will recommend Jason a hundred times over to anyone I know because I'm sure he'll get the job done. Just keep being yourself Jason.

He gets to know you as a person and is able to use this to assist you in finding the right type of home for your needs. He stayed with us and worked through every obstacle that came up. We had more than our share of problems due to the sellers inexperience. Jason actually did several things for them just to keep the ball rolling. I wouldn't use any other realtor if I was looking for another property in this area.

His patience is unmatched and he answered the phone at all hours ! Plus, you won't find a great sense of humor anywhere! Perfect during a stressful event! Will make more purchases just because he was so much fun to work with!

I'm very impressed with the service I received walking me through the entire process, from setting me up with a surveyor to introducing me to a banker, not to mention negotiating the sale with the previous owners. I would never consider buying anything in this area without using Jason in the future. I'm 56 years old and have bought many properties in the past. This was by for the best experience in a real estate purchase that was made even more difficult as I live in Arizona. I really feel Jason and his team acted as my "in state" representatives in this purchase and took care of everything. I simple had to follow there detailed and simple direction. Can't say enough about the service and guidance I received. I never felt like I didn't know exacting what was going on and always got immediate answers to my questions. I rarely feel out surveys like this, but in Jason's case I felt compelled to let someone know what a great job he did.
