For the sale of my house; Jason had to deal with many interested buyers. A good problem to have! We ended up accepting an offer that then turned into a lot of addendums. It was starting to become quite the hassle. But Jason was a cool and collected realtor. Helped me make smart decisions on what to say 'yes' to, and what to push back on. It was very much worth the time and effort as the offer was better than I had anticipated and went through as needed.

Jason helped us navigate the selling/buying process in a tight market and was always looking out for us and helped us manage many unforeseen (by us) risks. He helped us feel comfortable through the whole process. Jason was also straightforward with us on things we could do to get our house ready to sell for top dollar, the house wouldn't have looked nearly as good as it did had he not been.
