Buyer reviewJason Taylor was referred by our son-in-law. We currently live outside of Rockford and were able to drive up to look at homes pretty much only late in the afternoon or on weekends since it is a two hour drive from our current home. When we were looking at homes, Jason helped spot problems with the property if there were any and he was quick to point out the positives of each home. He was always professional and respectful of our wishes. We would recommend him to others looking for a home.

Seller reviewJason is a very motivated seller and had a lot of open houses for us and helped us adjust our price to get the house sold. Jason worked with us to schedule open houses and to gave us plenty of notice for showings on our house which was difficult since we have 3 young children and a dog. He kept us updated on all activity that involved the sale of our house. Jason was very friendly and polite. He was approachable and professional. We enjoyed all our meeting s with him and he was very knowledgeable about real estate.

Seller reviewI am a widow and had just lost my job when I listed my house for sale. Jason was very understanding and helped me through a very difficult situation. Jason is extremely knowledgeable about the Rockford housing market, he knows the clientele and how to get them in the door. Jason was very patient with me as I myself am not a patient person! He answered my questions in a timely fashion. I felt very comfortable talking to him. The best part is that he got me to Florida before the snow flies in the Midwest! Thank you Jason, if I know of anyone in the Rockford area buying or selling a home, I will definitely recommend YOU and Century 21!

Buyer reviewJason impressed me with his preparedness. He was able to tell you how old and condition of big ticket items in a house to give you an idea of how long you're going to be able to go before having to address an item. I felt like he walked through the home, and was able to provide us with very important details and information on the home in real time which I've not experienced before. There were a few times he would mention things like the age of the roof, or the condition of the soffits, or the smell in the basement that you hadn't noticed or weren't aware of.

We never had a bad experience with Jason . He was always reachable, polite, kind and professional. He always had a smile on his face, listened intuitively and not once gave the impression he was discimenatory (which was extremely important to us). We couldn't have asked for a better man to work with. He was the sole broker throughout the entire process, we had absolutely no reason to search out for others.
