Jason Taylor was fabulous! I wasn't working with a realtor initially due to previous bad experiences. Jason was very up front no pressure. He asked me about my wants, needs and what I was looking for in a home not even knowing if he would ever see me again. He was professional, knowledgeable and laid back. Allowing me to speak my mind. He had a business card which crazy as it sounds many other showing agents did not seem to have. Jason allowed me to send photos of homes I was interested in to give him ideas since I like unique non cookie cutter styles to see if he was up for a challenge. He allowed me to text and email him at any given point if I had questions or to schedule a showing with prompt responses. He always had all possible information printed for me for every home we saw. After a few showings I saw that Jason loves his field of work and truly gets to know YOU! Offers his opinion after getting yours about the home you just saw to continue learning your likes and dislikes. I was confident he was a trustworthy realtor that will go above and beyond for his clients. Wanting to get you in the right home not just a home. My biggest wow factor was Jason had scheduled a home for me without my knowledge after another home we were going to see. A total surprise. He knew I was going to love it and with homes going fast he knew to get me in. Sure enough I did love it! Long story short I bought the home. Jason was so sweet to welcome me into my new home with house warming flowers. He followed up a week later to make sure everything was still going good. That was the cherry on top for me. Not sure if that's something he just does or if its part of Century 21 but I have never had that for any of my previous home purchases. It always seemed that once the realtor makes the sale poof they're gone. He is super personable even wanting to see pictures after I get some renovations done since the house had so many opportunities to revamp it. I can't thank him enough for all the hard work he has done and pressure I put on him for searching, finding and getting me into my unique Japanese style forever home in less than 15 days. I am truly grateful for all his efforts. I highly recommend Jason Taylor! He was simply stated...Outstanding!

Jason Taylor always made us a priority and made sure he always made time to get us in to see a house we were insterested in. Espically being first time home buyers at the age of 21 and 22, we were nervous and didn't know what to expect. Jason made it easy and simple for us, explained everything in detail, and answered all my questions!! We loved you Jason T.!!!

Jason was amazing, he sent us new listings daily that fit our wish list as soon as they popped up. He was very flexible with his availability to take us to see the homes as well. He was very knowledgeable about each area, schools, shopping , taxes ext. Jason listened to our needs and what was important to us in our forever home. He found us the perfect house and the perfect location. Jason gave us the best advice when it came to the offer and when there was multiple offers he suggested different negotiation ideas. We called Jason Taylor to list our house, as we were previously very satisfied with his services A water pipe broke in the house before closing causing major damage that we had repaired. Jason was helpful all throughout the repair process, offering us guidance and communications with all the parties involved from start to finish. He helped us keep the original buyers through months of repair work, and all the administrative work that went with it. He guided us all the way through the processes we needed to do from the beginning of the sale through of the last steps of closing in such an unusual situation. Always empathetic and easy to deal with. Prompt answers and understands what needs to be done. Also, very professional and energetic. Jason was able to help us navigate a very active home selling market including a sales action plan that was tailored to our needs as we were building new and needed time to maneuver. He was accessible and realistic with not only managing the process but managing our expectations of how selling a home in this climate would work. Jason also provided a plan for pre-open house and how to manage offers that were competing with different structures. Ultimately we were able to accept an offer meeting our needs and exceeding our expectations with Jason's help and support within days of listing. Jason's multimedia approach with the video/drone photography made such an impact for potential buyers. In our own home search we didn't find anyone using the same emphasis on thoroughly touring the home before even arriving onsite.
