Jay Bonniott went out of his way to help us find our perfect home. He always had time for us. He got to know us and our needs. He made very good suggestions that helped us but the perfect home. He is polite, low key, knowledgeable, knows the area and real estate market very well, and spent time before and after the sale to insure we were happy. He is an excellent agent and particularly recommended for any remote buyer looking in the Myrtle Beach area. He offered to go out a video any home we were interested in and send it to us. His knowledge of the area was invaluable.

He has many contacts in the business and worked with them to make our purchase go smoothly. He goes out of his way to help. Even got a key to my son-in-law, when he forgot his!
