I only wish he could help me with my real estate needs in other areas (other states). Jay was very responsive to all of my inquiries regarding the listing. I would recommend him without reservation. Buyer reviewMy interactions with Jay Whistler always exceeded my expectations. I would have no qualms recommending him to anyone needing a realtor in the area. I feel extremely lucking to have had the chance to be represented by him. Jay did a phenomenal job providing me with accurate comparison data and advocating on my behalf during the negotiations. This was especially important, because I was living in Texas during the purchase. I felt like he always went out of his way to find out the answers to all of my questions. It helped me feel confident in my home purchase. I knew the exact condition of the home and the supporting market. I honestly do not think that my experience could have been any better with Jay. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

Seller reviewI got to meet Jay's wife and his two puppies and this made me feel even more comfortable with Jay. I know that Jay was also very kind and very helpful to Amy (buyer). We were all together several times and I felt like we had known eachother forever. Jay was able to set it up that I could stay in my home until my new home was ready to move into and that was such a blessing. Jay really took alot of stress off of me by making the sale of my home be quick and run smoothly. I had enough stress to deal with on the other end, building my new home. Many kudos to Jay! I would choose him all over again! I also want to mention how helpful Jay was when, within one week of putting my property up for sale, I had to make a decision between four offers. He was very patient and helped me clearly understand the pros and cons of each offer. Together, we made the best decision! Keep being ~AWESOME~ Jay!!!
