Personal Profile
I grew up outside Chicago, IL and have lived in Southwest Missouri for the last 12 years. I graduated from MSU with a Bachelor's in Hospitality & Restaurant Administration. As the Area Recruiting Director with Wyndham Vacation Resorts, I staffed a site which sold $100+ million dollars annually. In 2009, I founded the Killuminati Foundation - a 501c3 non-profit providing vet assistance to families/dogs in need. Many think of me as Killuminati's "dog lady" - now you'll know me as "the house lady!"
On a personal note, I grew up outside Chicago and have lived in the Springfield area since 1999. I graduated from Missouri State University (aka SMSU). My first "real job" was the Area Recruiting Director with Wyndham Vacation Resorts, where I staffed a site selling $100+ million annually. In 2008, I founded the Killuminati Foundation - a 501c3 non-profit providing vet help to families/dogs throughout Missouri. Now the important stuff haha….my 2 amazing pups - Sicily is my Pitbull mix who has no sense of personal space. :) JaydaBug (pictured with me above) is my Shepherd/Sharpei who charms everyone. I'm also die hard Chicago Bears fan!! (My first dog, Payton who passed away from Cancer was named for Walter Payton. I also lost a german shepherd named Halas in 2018.)

Seller reviewThe day we listed we were stressed to the max. Jeanna walked in and jumped right in to get the house ready for the professional photographer she hired at her own expense. She even staged the house for the pics and showings. Jeanna was great at keeping us calming during the stress of showings and the whole process start to finish. We will use her in the future for sure!

Buyer reviewI cannot say enough positive things about Jeanna Callahan, she made the experience of looking for our first home wonderful. From the start, she was going above and beyond finding us houses to look at and then listening to our likes and dislikes to help us find our perfect home. We were so surprised on our first day looking at houses at the amount of time she was willing to spend with us. She had nearly 10 houses picked out and spent about 6 hours driving us around town. Once the final house was chosen and we made our offer she went above and beyond again by showing the house to us and our family and friends multiple times. Taking time out of her busy schedule to show us a house we were already in contract to buy makes me know she cares and she was the best person for the job. When the roads got rocky with dealing with our lender (which they will!) she was always willing to pick up the phone and go to bat for us. She is not shy to straight up harass somebody for some answers. As first time home buyers, Jeanna, was exactly what we needed to navigate the roads to home ownership. She is a true gem in the real estate world and we were very lucky to have her on our side. In another 10 years when we outgrown our home, she will be the first call I make.

Since we were just back there on vacation and looking for a home we didn't have a lot of time to look but found Jeanna was very good to work with and took all the time out of her busy schedule to show us properties. Jeanna is very easy to work with and knew the area well. We would for sure recommend her services.

Buyer reviewJeanna was a pleasure to work with while purchasing my home. She was very knowledgable on the market and didn't pressure me into anything I was uncomfortable with. I contacted her months before I was looking to buy just to get a feel for market pricing and she set up a portal for me and let me look at my own pace. As soon as I was ready to look at something she fit me in within the week. She was extremely patient with my tedious questions and need for details - I never once felt like I was "bothering" her (which has been my experience with previous realtors). When things came up with a property, or with my loan a few weeks before closing, Jeanna was very calm and helped relieve my anxiety by explaining all my options. I would strongly recommend her to any buyers - first time or experienced.
