Mrs. Flynn was thorough, and knowledgeable answering any emerging inquiries. She was always on time in showing us homes, having always encouraging words and advice to aid with our search. Although it took us a year, we found a Gem and are over the moon with Mrs. Flynn for helping us throughout this experience.
